Cell level healing is about asking our bodies to take a journey deep into the mystery of our own human potential and unlocking the spiritual energy available to clear blockages, promote the flow of energy throughout our body, and apply cellular healing to specific situations and illnesses.

Sometimes when life delivers a challenge, or we have questions remaining unanswered, we look to getting some guidance via the Higher Realms.

Intuitive Readings can confirm information that an individual may be receiving from their own Higher Self, but because they may not be totally connected or emotionally involved, they are unable to really allow that information to be perceived or understood clearly. This added confirmation from intuitive reading could sometimes be just the encouragement someone needs in taking that next step.

Intuitive or Spiritual guidance can, at times, be harsh and quite direct. The goal is to help the person evolve to a higher level by taking further responsibility for their experiences and circumstances.

Counseling

Although the foundations of counselling are rooted in psychology and an advisory capacity examining the past problems, I have chosen to counsel from a platform of spiritual and emotional growth using the past as experiences from which to learn and launch forward into new ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.

My method of counselling takes on an equilibrated approach where a new awareness of the benefit of “positives and negatives” in each encounter and relationship, is explored in a new light. This supports you in experiencing relationships from a new perspective and helps heal past and current relationships with your self and others.

Sessions run from 45-60 minutes and face-to-face is my preference for you to achieve maximum benefit.
